All standard orders are processed within 57 business days.
Custom, handcrafted, or made-to-order items may require 7–14 business days before dispatch. These timelines will be clearly noted on each product page.

We offer several delivery options at checkout:

📦 3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates for all orders and are calculated at checkout.
Oversized or fragile items (like mirrors, furniture, or large wall art) may include an extra handling fee.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your delivery status at any time through your Bohowoodland account or by contacting us.

 

 

🪵 6. Delivery of Oversized & Fragile Items

For large or delicate items, we may use specialty couriers or offer White Glove Delivery to ensure safe arrival. We’ll reach out to coordinate delivery if this applies to your order.


 

⚠️ 7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund.
